Back On The Air!

Wow, I delete this blog in a fit of pique during a period when I was very pessimistic about Democratic chances to retake Congress, and would you believe Blogger gave me a second chance to revive it? It's true!

Between the point I deleted the blog and now, a lot has happened. George W. Bush's polls are continuing to slip. Democratic candidates are winning in a lot of preliminary races. And there seems to even be a desire for change from ex-True Believers who voted for Bush in 2004 and now have "buyers remorse."

Could it happen? Could there be a blue tide setting up to wash over the country in November, 2006?

Let's hope so. I love this country. I want it back.
